• Account & Login Details: When you create an account, we use Google Firebase Authentication to manage your login. We collect your email address and username to create and secure your account, allowing you to access your purchased models and other features across devices.

• Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to collect information about how you interact with the App. This may include which features you use, the models you view or download, the time and date of your visits, and the duration of your sessions. This data is anonymized and helps us understand user behavior to improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, such as the device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This helps us optimize the App for your device and diagnose technical issues.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect data to provide personalized ads, such as your device’s advertising ID.

c) Permissions:

• Storage Access: The App requires storage permissions on your device. This is essential to save the printable model files you purchase or download from the App directly to your device for easy access and printing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To manage your account, provide you with access to our library of papercraft models, and save your purchased items.
• To Improve and Personalize the App: To understand how our users engage with ShapeShift, allowing us to enhance features, fix bugs, and improve the overall experience.
• To Provide Advertising: To display advertisements that help keep the core features of our App free. These ads may be personalized to your interests by our third-party provider, Google AdMob.
• To Communicate With You: To respond to your support requests or inquiries and to send you important notices about the App, such as updates to our terms or policies.

• Accessing and Deleting Your Data: You can access your account information within the App. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please contact us directly.
• Managing Permissions: You can manage the App’s storage permissions through your device’s settings at any time. Please note that revoking storage permission will prevent you from downloading new models.
• Opting-Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on your mobile device. For Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads. For iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

ShapeShift is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
