1. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide

• Email address — collected when you create an account via Firebase Authentication, used to secure your account and retain your model library across devices.

Data We Store on Your Behalf

• Model collection / download history — stored in Google Firebase Firestore so your saved and downloaded models persist across devices under your account.

Usage & Analytics Data (Non-Personal)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymised usage data, including features you use, models you view or download, session duration, and crash/performance logs. This data does not identify you personally.

Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the App. AdMob may collect your device Advertising ID, approximate location (from IP), and ad interaction data to serve personalised or contextual ads. This is processed by Google under their own privacy policy — we do not receive or store this data directly.

• To improve the App and fix bugs (Google Analytics)
• To display ads that keep core features free (Google AdMob)

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following Google services, each governed by Google’s Privacy Policy:

• Firebase Authentication — secure account login via email
• Firebase Firestore — cloud storage of your model library
• Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymised usage statistics
• Google AdMob — in-app advertising (may include personalised ads)

4. Data Security

We rely on Google Firebase’s secure infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction — view and update your account email within the App settings.
• Account & data deletion — email ainigmagames@gmail.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will act within 30 days.
• Opt-out of personalised ads — Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (Android 12+), or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

6. Children’s Privacy

FoldCraft is rated for users aged 3+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at ainigmagames@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of FoldCraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the FoldCraft mobile application (the “App”) operated by Ainigma Games. Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not access the App.

2. Intellectual Property & Content

The App provides users with access to printable paper model templates (“Assets”) for personal, non-commercial, recreational use. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Third-Party Assets: Some Assets available in the App are based on publicly available designs or real-world subjects (animals, landmarks, vehicles, etc.). All copyrights and intellectual property rights for any branded or licensed content are retained by their respective holders. Ainigma Games does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
• Original Assets: Assets created and designed by Ainigma Games are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright. These may be designated as “Premium” within the App.
• Personal Use Only: All Assets downloaded through FoldCraft are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use any Asset for commercial purposes without written permission from Ainigma Games.

3. In-App Purchases & Coins

FoldCraft uses a coin system to unlock models. Every model has a coin price based on its complexity. Real-money purchases are never required — coins can be earned entirely for free through the following ways:

• Welcome bonus: New users receive approximately 200 coins upon registering, enough to unlock several models immediately.
• Daily free coins: All users can claim 10 free coins once per day, every day.
• Rewarded ads: Users may watch optional rewarded video ads to earn additional coins, with no limit on how many times per day this can be done.
• Coin purchases: Coin bundles may also be purchased with real money via Google Play’s in-app billing for users who prefer to unlock models instantly.

The following terms apply to all coin activity:

• All real-money purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google’s billing policies.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value.
• We do not offer refunds for purchased coins, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play’s refund process.
• Coin prices for models and coin bundle pricing may change at any time. Any changes will be clearly displayed before a transaction is made.
• Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. Declining to watch an ad will never result in a penalty or loss of earned coins.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ainigma Games and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App and its Assets; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

By using FoldCraft, you agree not to:

• Use the App or its Assets for any commercial purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
